Shorefield Holiday Park (Limington)

Falling leaves and inclement weather can sometimes make the access facilities (i.e. ramps and steps) to a building slippery. Mr Farrel H&S Officer of the award winning Shorefiled Park needed to cover the wooden steps of their chalets with a long lasting Antislip material in order to prevent any potential slip hazard to the residents. Last year, the park started to install Antislip decking strips on the steps of their wooden chalets. Eighteen months after the installation of Antislip, we have met up with Mr Farrel. We were pleased to find out that the park was very satisfied with the quality of our Antislip materials. Mr Farrel said. “It is paramount to make sure the residents are safe when using the chalets’ steps. We would certainly plan using Antislip more extensively in the future, because it is a long term solution and a quality product”.
